For us, tourism is a way of discovering the country and local people in their element, hence avoiding large tourist areas and hotel complexes.
With this in mind, we will help you organize your own stay yourself, so you can enjoy a made-to-measure trip in complete independence and in the best conditions.
Our working principle is to give you clear and precise advice to make your stay and local journeys as simple as possible. So, prepare and pre-view by simply logging onto our services...
We give priority to small-sized accommodation facilities, mainly family ones, small, local travel agencies, independent guides, etc., which we carefully select for you beforehand.
We also aim to contribute to perpetuating association projects such as hotel-service training centers for underprivileged children, massage schools, crafts shops, etc. offering high-quality services while giving those involved an opportunity to acquire specific expertise and improve their living conditions. And travelers visiting these sites have their part to play in strengthening these projects and making them economically viable over time.
Using a reduced number of intermediaries and directly supporting local development are the keys to our idea of tourism : simple, fair and sustainable.

How our site and services work
apsara travel provides you with support to organize private trips. We are not a travel agency. Therefore, we are not responsible for booking plane tickets, visits or accommodation. However, we facilitate all these procedures and formalities before your departure and during your stay.
The steps to follow
1. Define your travel plan
consult available destinations and country information (click on country information section)
select the main data regarding your trip: country, length of stay, period, number of people, etc.
2. Choose your solution
select the service which is best suited to your needs from the solutions offered by apsara travel. To do this, please click on the line of services section
3. Contact us
if you decide to subscribe to the on-line guide, please follow the instructions in the on-line guide section to activate your account
if you decide to opt for a tailored trip, please fill in the contact form to tell us about your travel plans: we will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours (two working days) before discussing your travel plans
4. Book your trip
you chose the “route” solution : now you can book (refer to the terms and conditions)
upon receipt of your booking, we will issue an initial route proposal within the time frames specified in the acknowledgement of receipt concerning your request
this proposal will then be part of a discussion prior to our issuing a final route which will take the form of a customized mini-guide encompassing all sorts of useful information for your trip
5. Off you go !
